# Search multiple companies with conditions The Screening tool allows users to screen and create a list of companies based on a set of financial and non-financial indicators that meet their specific needs. Users can also export screening results to an excel file. You can access this tool by clicking the hyperlink "**Try Screening**" on the search results screen, or by visiting the Tools tab in the header and selecting "**Screening.**"

### **Steps to execute:** 1\. Select the screening criteria, which include **Basic Information, Industry** and **Financials.** You can use the search bar to quickly find desired indicator. 2\. Select or fill in conditions for selected criteria. For example, users want to find corporations that has parent company, with total assets in 2021 in the value range of 10 millions to 5 trillions VND and their main industries are classified as below:

The screen results are 100 companies that meet the above criteria. You can save the screening conditions by clicking "**Save Criteria**" to save the form and reuse it later, or "**Clear All**" to remove all selected criteria. 3. Select "**Next**" and go to the result settings screen.

4. To view other financial indicators of the screened companies, go to the "**Add Information to View"** section and select any ratio as you wish. Your selected ratios will display in "**Total Information**" section. 5. Go to the **Total Information** section to make any adjustments. Here you can: * Change the currency for the screening results file. * Rearrange or remove additional information. * Select the number of results and display order. * Check on Payment Information. You can add a voucher or trade discount code (if available). 6.
