# Summary

The Summary section is designed to provide you with a holistic overview of a company's key details, financial performance, industry analysis, and more. It is organized into separate panels, each focusing on a specific aspect of the company's information.

The panels can be rearranged, added, removed, and customized according to your preferences. Please refer to [Workspace Preferences](/manual/user-manual/change-preferences-settings/workspace-preferences.md) to learn more about customizing this screen's layout.

Below is a prominent section located at the top of the Summary page. It serves as a quick reference for essential details about the company's current status and performance. Each element in this bar includes a hyperlink that directs you to the corresponding panel for more detailed information.

Additionally, each panel contains hyperlinks <mark style="color:blue;">View details</mark> which allow you to dive into more detailed information on separate screens.

2. **Ownership & Group**: This panel provides valuable insights into the ownership structure of the company, including major shareholders, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies.&#x20;
3. **Key Financials**: It presents key financial indicators, such as revenue, profit, assets, liabilities, and cash flow.&#x20;
4. **Score:** The Score panel provides an assessment of the company's overall performance and risk profile.&#x20;
5. **Recent News:** This panel curates a selection of recent news that highlights important developments, events, and market impacts relevant to the company.
6. **Top Industry Players:** Identify competitors, market leaders, and industry trends that can impact the company's performance.&#x20;
7. **Company Alerts**: The Company Alerts panel provides real-time updates on significant events or changes related to the company. Receive timely notifications regarding financial distress, management changes, legal issues, earnings announcements, analysis updates, and credit ratings.&#x20;
8. **Filing Status**: Access the company's filings, including records of Overdue Tax Debt, Overdue Social Insurance and Invoice Enforcement History.
