# Following List

**What is Following List?**

The "Following List" is a special portfolio that allows you to track and receive alerts for specific companies that you have chosen to follow. It provides you with a distinct set of alert conditions.

**How to access the Following List screen?**

To access the Following List, you can go to the Library section on the header of the platform and click on the "Following List" tab.

Alternatively, you can access it from the Alert Settings screen by going to the Company Alerts section and selecting the "Following List" profile.&#x20;

This will display a window containing all the alert settings for this portfolio. You can click on the hyperlink "Here" to view all the companies that you are currently following.

**How to add a company to Following List**

To add a company to the Following List, you can follow the steps mentioned earlier in the [Set Alert for a Company](/manual/user-manual/alert-settings/set-alert-for-a-company.md#turn-off-a-companys-alert) section.

**Change Alert Settings for Following List**

First, you can remove a company from the list if you no longer wish to receive alerts for it.  You can refer to Turn off a Company's alert.

Please note that the alert rules for the Following List are pre-determined and cannot be changed. You can, however, select which events you want to receive email notifications for from the available rules.
