# Manage All Alerts

The Alert List provides a centralized location for managing and monitoring all of your alerts, ensuring that you stay informed about important developments and events related to your portfolio.

### Steps to execute:

1. **Access the Alert List**: click on the "**Alerts**" section located in the header bar.

2. **Overview**: Upon entering the Alert List screen, you will see a highlighted bar summarizing your alerts. It provides an overview of the total number of alerts, unread alerts, total negative alerts, and unread negative alerts.

3. **Search for Alerts**: At the top of the screen, you will find a search bar with two search options: "Company" and "Industry." This allows you to search for specific alerts related to a particular company or industry.
4. **View alerts**: The main display area features a table that lists all your alerts.&#x20;

**Table Columns:**

* Subject: This column displays the subject or title of the alert.
* Subject Type: The subject type column categorizes the alert based on its nature, such as Company, Industry, or Macroeconomics.
* Description: This column provides a concise description or summary of the alert's content, giving you further insights into the event or news.
* Date: The date column indicates when the alert was triggered or published, helping you track the timeline of events.
* Trigger: This column lists the portfolios or sources that triggered the alert, giving you context on which portfolios are associated with the specific event or news.

**Note:**&#x20;

* You can click on each individual alert in the table to view detailed information about that particular alert.&#x20;
* To remove an alert, click on the corresponding<img src="/files/9OLxFu01ZA3f67iI30TE" alt="" data-size="line"> icon. If you wish to remove multiple alerts, select the checkbox next to each alert and click on the<img src="/files/qAs31xEhSpvMgXssLGQB" alt="" data-size="line"> icon.
* To quickly mark one or more alerts as Read/ Unread, select the checkbox next to each alert and click on <img src="/files/4Dw5czE0Th6RZuTQQK46" alt="" data-size="line"> icon to mark as Unread, or <img src="/files/L6Yxv60uMsg1dTka5Exx" alt="" data-size="line">icon to mark as Read.

5. **Filter alerts**: Next to the table, there is a filter section that allows you to refine the displayed alerts based on specific criteria. l

**Filter Options:**

* Read/Unread: You can filter alerts based on their read or unread status. This allows you to focus on unread alerts that require your attention or review previously read alerts.
* Subject Types: This filter enables you to narrow down alerts by selecting specific subject types.
* Sentiments: You can filter alerts based on their sentiment, which indicates whether the alert is positive, negative, or informative.
* Time Period: This filter allows you to specify a particular time range for the alerts, helping you focus on alerts within a specific timeframe.
* Events: You can filter alerts by events such as Financial Distress, Management Changes, Earnings Announcements, etc.
* Score: This filter allows you to specify a score range to filter alerts based on Corporate Risk Score, Performance Score, or Trade Credit Limit Recommendation.
* Financial: The financial filter enables you to refine alerts related to specific financial indicators, such as revenue, operating income, or profit before tax.

By applying the desired filters, you can narrow down the alerts to focus on the specific information you are interested in.
