# Ownership & Group

Within this screen, you will find detailed information about the major shareholders, including their ownership percentages and types (individuals, enterprises, etc.). This data helps you assess the concentration of ownership and identify influential stakeholders within the company.

#### Description of the Panels in the Ownership Section

1. **Ownership Structure**:&#x20;

The Ownership Structure panel displays the hierarchical representation of the company's ownership. It illustrates the relationship between the company and its shareholders, indicating the percentage of ownership held by each entity or individual.

2. **Parent Company**: The Parent Company panel provides information about the company's parent entity, if applicable.
3. **Branches**: The Branches panel lists all the branches or subsidiary offices of the company. It includes information such as the location of each branch and its tax code. This panel allows users to assess the geographical spread and reach of the company's operations.
4. **Subsidiaries**: The Subsidiaries panel provides a list of all subsidiary companies associated with the main company. It includes details such as the names of the subsidiaries, their ownership percentages, their tax codes, and their locations. This panel helps users understand the extent of the company's subsidiary network.
5. **Associate Companies**: The Associate Companies panel highlights any companies that share a significant relationship with the main company, usually through shared ownership or joint ventures. This panel helps users identify key business partners or entities closely linked to the company.
6. **Related Company**: The Related Company panel displays any other companies that have a relevant connection or relationship with the main company, such as through common ownership, shared directors, or business collaborations. It provides information on the names of the related companies and their respective connections, such as the number of Co-Directors, Co-Shareholders and Co-Legal Representatives.
