Restrictions on Account Access

Restrictions on the Number of Devices Allowed for Login

Users are reminded that each account can only be accessed on one device at a time. This means that if you log into your account on one browser of one device, and the account is then used to log in on another browser or device, the original accessing device will be notified that another device is logging in to the account and automatically logged out. The second device accessing the account can use the account normally.

This policy is established with the intent of preserving the integrity of the account and to caution and prevent unauthorized access. By limiting access to one device at a time, we can better monitor and control who has access to your account.

What Happens if You Try to Log in on Another Device?

If you do try to log in to your account on another device while still being logged in on the first device, the first device will be notified that the account is being accessed on another device and will automatically log out of your account. This helps users conveniently use FiinGate on multiple devices.

It is important to note that this restriction applies to all users, regardless of the type of account they have or the services they use.

How to Ensure You Are Following the Restriction

  • Log out of your account on any device that you are not currently using.

  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.

  • If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, change your password immediately.

By following these steps and remaining vigilant about the security of your account, you can help ensure that your personal information and online activities remain safe and secure.
