News & Social is a comprehensive resource that provides users with access to a wide range of news articles relevant to the company of interest. It presents the news in a table format, making it easy to browse and search for specific information.
The News & Social screen includes a search bar that enables users to search for specific news articles by their headlines. This feature provides users with the flexibility to find articles related to specific events, companies, or topics of interest.
The table includes several fields that provide key details about each news article:
Sentiment: The sentiment field categorizes the news articles into three categories: positive, negative, or neutral. This classification helps users quickly assess the overall sentiment surrounding the news.
Headline: The headline field displays the title or summary of the news article. It provides a brief overview of the news content and allows users to quickly scan and identify articles of interest.
Event: The event field indicates the specific event or topic covered in the news article. It helps users understand the context and relevance of the news within the company or industry.
Source: The source field specifies the publication or source from which the news article originates. It allows users to evaluate the credibility and reliability of the information provided.
Publication Date: The publication date field displays the date on which the news article was published.
If you wish to remove all selected conditions and view all news, click the "Reset" button.
Bookmarks:
The bookmarks section allows users to save and bookmark specific news articles for easy reference and future access.
News Types:
The news types section provides users with the ability to filter news articles based on their specific categories, such as Corporate News, Industry News, or Macroeconomics News.
Time Period: The time period filter enables users to specify a specific date range to narrow down the news articles based on their publication dates.
Sentiments: Allowing users to filter news articles based on their sentiment categories, such as positive, negative, or neutral.
On the left side of the screen, there is a side menu that offers various criteria for filtering the news articles. To select or remove a filter condition, simply check or uncheck its corresponding checkbox.
To bookmark an article, simply click on the icon. Once the icon turns yellow , it means that you have successfully saved the article as a bookmark.
